Summary:The Senior Inventory Control Manager will plan, oversee, and supervise all activities related to inventory control within a Secret warehouse environment for F-16 parts. The Senior Inventory Control Manager is responsible for ensuring control and accountability of the items in transit, storage and while in use, as well as ensures all parts and materials are properly stored and safeguarded per IAW Secret Security classification guidelines and that accurate and appropriate levels of inventory logs and reporting are maintained to meet customer demand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Create Facility SOPS

  • Lead Weekly meetings with the customer

  • Submit monthly reports

  • Coordinate activities with USAF and Host Nation representatives

  • Manage Intrusion Detection and Access Control System

  • Manage and control F-16 parts in transit, storage and in use.

  • Manage access to US Secret Facility and parts.

Participate with the customer in transportation of assets from Taiwan Port of Entry, keeping daily records, generating reports, and participating in inspections.

  • Maintain inventory control.

  • Support basic operations and maintenance of warehouse facility.

  • Maintain inventory logs, records and reports.

  • Respond to Facility Alarms.

  • Perform random inspections of end item usage and report findings to USG Program Office.

Non-Essential Duties:Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervise up to two personal in the day to day operations of the facility

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Associates Degree and 4 years of related experience in Aviation Parts Inventory and Control Management. Experience to also include:

  • 2 Years Supervisory Experience

  • Managing Secret Level facility access

  • Creating SOPS

  • Managing inventory control of classified Aviation parts, preferably F-16

  • A Certification

  • IAT Level 1 certified

  • Final Secret Level Security Clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a foreign country.

  • Knowledge of:

  • NISPOM (5-306 and 5-800) requirements.

  • Working knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems

  • Basic Facility Management (Lights, HVAC filter)

  • Basic Computer skills

  • Ability to be on call and respond within one hour if an Intrusion Detection alarm is detected.

  • Ability to operate a forklift.

  • Valid Driver’s License.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Database management skills preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone.
