Summary:TheRecords Analyst II coordinates the activities of groups of clerks to ensure the effective performance of routine functions and special activities for the Bureau of Prisons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

· Serve as the lead for the Records & Information Management Certification (RIMCert) Evaluation Process – (Scheduling/Interviewing/Preparing final deliverable).

· Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Records & Information Management Section point of contact for the Section’s website (updates and maintenance).

· Responsible for maintaining all budget and trend analyses for record storage operations.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of Records & Information Management experience.

· National Archives and Records Administration Certification desired.

· BOP Security Clearance Eligible (Public Trust)
