Summary:TheCyber Support to Counterintelligence Specialist III will required to provide cyber threat briefings and products to personnel, provide analytical reports and products to leadership, maintain account and utilize authorized reporting system to document activities

· Support evaluating current and future cyberspace requirements and capabilities

· Identify possible improvement opportunities

· Identify ad characterize threat actors

· Plan, design, and implement projects to improve overall cyberspace security/posture

· Review, evaluate and provide analysis to CI support to Cyber Operations strategic plans and activities

· Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree (additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree)

  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience directly related to DoD cybersecurity Certification and Accreditation or cybersecurity engineering activities.

  • Demonstrated experience, and familiarity with DoD and Army Cybersecurity Polices and Regulations, and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process to include the provisions of ICD 503, and the planning and execution of Security Test and Evaluation (STE) and Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation (CTE) events.

  • TS/SCI Clearance

  • DoD 8570 IAM II Certified.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· A broad knowledge and understanding of DoD and Army Cybersecurity policies, tools, and techniques.

· Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

· A deep understanding of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and/or XACTA.

· Ability to validate risk assessments and develop Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) to assist the PM and ISOs in the mitigation of cybersecurity weaknesses, providing solutions and mitigation actions for each assessed item.

· Ability to review and monitor the IS and networks A&A status, to include success or failures to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) or Interim Authority to Test (IATT), as appropriate.

· Cyber Intelligence Training with basic understanding of cyber forensics

· Ability to analyze raw data for trends and patterns

· Ability to provide logical conclusions through critical thinking

· Basic understanding of cyber forensics

· Excellent overall writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar

· Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.

· Ability to occasionally work after hours and/or on-call support.

· Ability to meet minimum security clearance requirements.

· Possess and maintain a valid state operator's license.
