Summary:TheTalent Managerwill manage a team of

recruiters and partner successfully with the business units and functional

areas to design, develop and deliver the talent that is required to achieve

operating goals across multiple Chenega companies.

Essential Duties

and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities

  • Manage

a diverse team of Recruiters to ensure all priorities and goals are achieved.

  • Establish

individual and team goals and track results; provides training and coaching to

staff as needed.

  • Collaborate

with recruiting team and/or the companies to create efficient and effective

recruitment strategies, that generates qualified candidates for sourcing,

pipelining and urgent requisitions

  • Manage

relationships with customers (Chenega Companies) to ensure the highest quality

recruiting service is provided

  • Serve

as a business partner with hiring managers to clarify specific hiring needs,

develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client

satisfaction

  • Provide

consultative advice on job description structure, interview processes and

timely feedback.

  • Pro-actively

source qualified, diverse, active and passive candidates to fill vacancies and

ensure operating goals are met

  • Source,

recruit, pre-screen and interview technical and non-technical candidates.

  • Maintain

state-of-the-art knowledge in industry best practice to identify and creative

sourcing techniques for locating candidates through traditional and emerging

recruiting channels, including but not limited to: internal and external

networks, attending job fairs and industry events, and utilizing social media.

  • Track

and report key recruitment metrics and provide updates and reports as required.

  • Actively

and consistently utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment

tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate documentation of applicant data

throughout the process.

  • Collaborate

with recruiting team in other capacities as needed, such as participating in

job fairs, reviewing / developing job descriptions, and proposals.

  • Support

Business Development initiatives by reviewing proposals, providing input and identifying

risks; researching new requirements; attending meetings and writing transition

and staffing plans.

  • Serve

as quality control on all resume submittals to the customer and work performed

and produced by the recruiting team.

  • Lead

or participates in special projects as required to support changing business

requirements and resourcing requirements.

  • Assure

compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Perform

as the deputy in the absence of the Recruitment Director

Minimum

Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

  • Bachelor’s

degree preferred

  • 6

years of relevant experience is required

  • Experience

leading, managing and coaching a recruitment team

  • Experience

working with applicant tracking systems, Taleo preferred

  • Experience

with affirmative action plan requirements and OFCCP

  • Senior

stakeholder management

  • Experience

in recruiting all discipline areas (i.e. business, marketing, technical, and

sales); as well as hiring non-exempt and exempt level positions.

  • Experience

capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.

  • Experience

in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking,

employee referrals, job postings; as well as conducting open houses and virtual

job fairs.

  • Must

have the ability to work nights, weekend and holidays as required to meet

business needs and candidate availability.

  • Must

be organized with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and balance multiple

priorities in order to serve multiple internal companies in a collaborative

deadlines.

to plan projects, develop milestones, handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong

relationship management skills, professional demeanor and excellent customer

service skills.

  • Ability

to obtain a DoD Clearance.

  • Ability

to travel as required. Up to 25%
