Summary:TheDLPT Lab Technicianprovides

troubleshooting and assistance with DLPT classrooms equipment.

Essential Duties

  • Provide troubleshoot and assistance

with DLPT classrooms equipment

  • Images and repairs classroom

equipment

  • Simulates or recreates user

problems to resolve operating difficulties.

  • Interact with Language Proficiency

and Assessment Directorate, helpdesk staff, DEVOPS, network team to restore

service and/or identify and correct core problems.

  • Documents, tracks, and monitors

problems to ensure a timely resolution

Qualifications:(To

  • Associates Degree in a related

discipline from an accredited college or university OR 2 years’ equivalent

technical experience

to five years’ of related experience

  • Possess

Baseline and Full Computing Environment Certifications for IAT-I IAW DoD

8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002. The expiration date on certifications must be

at least 90 days out from hire date.
