Summary:TheTechnical Systems Trainer Leadwill

lead training to assist end-users.

Essential Duties

  • Lead

training to assist end-users

  • Identify

“problem” trends and developing/delivering training to assist end-users.

  • Using

specifically Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Academic Applications and

tools

  • Actively

engaged in user interactions, training, onsite support, and assistance to

implement new solutions.

  • Interface

with staff and supervisors to ensure the systems are being used efficiently.

Non-Essential

  • Lead

and supervise other trainers

Minimum

Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s

Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university OR 5

years’ experience in database administration

  • 7

years of related experience

  • Relevant

experience includes Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Academic

Applications and tools

  • Possess

Baseline and Full Computing Environment Certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD

8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002. The expiration date on certifications must be

at least 90 days out from hire date.

  • NACI

of macOS, Windows, and iOS

  • Knowledge

of Microsoft Office Products

  • Knowledge

and proficiency in video editing, tutorials, and presentations

  • Must

have the ability to travel to different work locations
