Summary:TheTier 2 IT Support Technicianprovides telephone or office support services.

Essential Duties

1 duties (OS Support, account support (password resets, account unlocks, basic

account troubleshooting), basic software support, basic hardware diagnostics, software

installation, account creation, assist customers with setup and configuration

of devices, document customer requests and steps taken to resolution)

hardware support

  • Deploying

Mac, Windows, and iOS images to devices

Minimum

Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Associate’s

Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or 2

years’ equivalent technical experience

  • 3

years of related experience.

  • Possess

Baseline and Full Computing Environment Certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD

8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002. The expiration date on certifications must be

at least 90 days out from hire date.

  • Apple

Certified Mac Technician

  • NACLC

clearance required

with Ivanti Management Suite and Windows imaging

  • Must

have the ability to travel to different work locations
