Summary:

TheProcurement Specialistwill support the Air National Guard’s (ANG) Remotely Piloted Aircraft – Squadron Operations Centers (RPA SOCs) program. Specifically, support will be provided to both AFLCMC/WII Systems Program Office (SPO) and at the 402nd Program Management Office (PMO).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

· Provide contracting functional support in compliance with federal regulations.

· Prepare and review requirements documents necessary to award a contract action.

· Participate and assist in source selections.

· Provide database support and computer applications.

· Collect data for audit and/or report requests.

· Coordinate with other Government agencies.

· Coordinate with Defense Financial Accounting System (DFAS).

· Provide contract pricing support services for tasks in all phases of the acquisition cycle to include development, award, management, measurement, and contract closeout.

· Prepare draft pricing briefings, draft pricing correspondence, and draft agency pricing reports.

· Develop pricing related evaluation criteria, track pre-award task order milestones and status.

· Support source selection teams in the evaluation of cost proposals.

· Prepare pricing documentation for review and approval by the Contracting Officer (CO).

· Prepare pricing spreadsheets of technical proposals and perform other pricing analyses to support price/cost evaluations of technical proposals.

· Provide pricing support for discussions/communications with offerors.

· Provide pricing support to construct agency pricing related reports and draft other pricing related documents in response to protest actions or other claims against the agency.

· Access, populate, and analyze information in organizational pricing related databases.

Travel:

Travel may be required to attend testing facilities, conventions, and meetings at various locations in the continental U.S. (CONUS).

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, management, finance, or contracts and minimum of 4 years of program office experience is required.

· Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Experience with software programs/databases such as FedBizOpps, Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG), AF Data Services, etc. is preferred.

· Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR Supplement (DFARS), Air Force Supplements (AFFARS), Mandatory Procedures (MP), Informational Guidance (IG), as well as other applicable documents and regulations, systems, and guides, as required.

· Ability to work independently and part of a team.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Willingness and ability to travel (CONUS).
