Summary:The Project Lead of the ED/FSA ARMS Project is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of development and operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. This may require managing teams of personnel at multiple locations.

  • Provides overall direction of program activities.

  • Serves as Project Manager/SCRUM Master while managing in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment.

  • Represents CPTS as point-of contact to help resolve issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to ARMS.

  • Manages and maintains relationship with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.

  • Consults with customer and CPTS personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.

  • Leads the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Adobe AEM Sites.

  • Advises on technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed goals.

  • Leads development teams to design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps.

  • Designs and improves internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solution

  • Establishes and maintains technical reports to show progress of projects to management and customers.

  • Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, grooms them for additional responsibilities, and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

  • Educates and trains staff to ensure that they are able to effectively communicate with existing and potential customers.

  • Assumes the initiative and provides support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.

  • May supervise a large group of professionals across multiple projects or task orders, to include staff in multiple physical locations.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, to include previous experiences as a development team lead or technical project manager.
