Summary:

Chenega Professional and Technical Services seeks a Program Manager for Defense Health Agency’s Identity Authentication Services Tier III Maintenance Support Contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • List of duties

  • Perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.

  • Organize direct, and coordinate the planning and production of highly technical contract support activities.

  • Act as the CPTS primary point of contact for all task activities and issues.

  • Provides sufficient management of the task to ensure that the task is performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements.

  • Establishes and alters (as necessary) vendor management structure to direct effective contract support activities.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Minimum twelve (12) years’ experience performing the duties of Project Manager.

  • Must possess at a minimum a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in the field of identity and access management (IAM). Knowledge of the tools and requirements of IAM systems used in large-scale government environments.

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to direct multiple advanced technology design, development, integration, testing, training, deployment, and operation and/or maintenance efforts.

  • Capable of independently leading programs that involve the successful management of teams composed of highly specialized technical professionals who have been involved in analysis, prototyping, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing high technology systems.

  • Superb written and oral communication.

  • Demonstrated experience leading programs supporting the federal government. Experience with the Department of Defense and/or Defense Health Agency (DHA) a plus.

  • Knowledge and experience in system and software testing a plus
